Materials

We bring your idea to life with a wide selection of materials in a variety of colors, shapes and properties.

1. Vero Magenta, Cyan, Yellow, Black and White

Vero Magenta Bild

The main areas of use:

PolyJet Vero materials are rigid, opaque photopolymers that provide excellent detail and can be blended with other photopolymers to vary hardness, flexibility, translucency, or heat resistance.

With our Vero materials, we can print 500,000 unique colors (RGB and Pantone).

Materialeigenschaften
Tensile strength
70-80 MPa
Bending strength
110-130 MPa
Heat Resistance
63-67 °C
Impact Resistance
14-16 J/m

2. Vero Agilus

The main areas of use:

With our Agilus material, you can 3D print rubber bezels, soft-touch coatings, moveable hinges, wearables, handles and seals with improved surface texture.

The parts made with Agilus 30 are flexible yet sturdy.

Its three colors - clear, black and white - allow for a wide range of colors and Shore-A-values.

Materialeigenschaften
Tensile strength
2,4-3,1 MPa
Elongation at break
220-270%
Tear resistance
5-7 Kg/cm
SHORE hardness
30-95 A

3. Vero Flex

Vero Flex

The main areas of use:

VeroFlex accurately simulates the appearance, feel, and function of eyewear and bendable objects for improved performance testing.

Eyewear prototypes made with Veroflex are better able to withstand drop tests, lens installation tests, and wearability tests.

Materialeigenschaften
Tensile strength
43-64 MPa
Bending strength
48-88 MPa
Heat Resistance
42-50°C
Impact Resistance
20-30 J/m

4. Tango and Tango Plus

Material Tango

The main areas of use:

Available in several opaque and translucent colors, the Tango material allows you to simulate a wide variety of finished products, from handles to shoes.

You can test and accurately verify extremely realistic prototypes that contain rubber.

Simulate soft-touch coatings, non-slip surfaces, or rubber edges. Test and verify handles, pulls, seals, or footwear.

With a range of rubber-like and digital materials, you can specify the exact elastomer properties you need for your project.

Materialeigenschaften
Tensile strength
0,8-1,5 MPa
Tear resistance
2-4 kg/cm
Elongation at break
170-220%
SHORE hardness
26-28 Skala A

5. Vero UltraClear

The main areas of use:

With our VeroUltra Clear we can also print your project in a glass-like material which has an extremely high transparency.

VeroUltraClear is a rigid, nearly colorless material with proven dimensional stability for general purpose applications.

Typical applications include concept models and prototypes for eyewear, lighting components, and replication of glass and clear polymers.

Materialeigenschaften
Tensile strength
39-43 MPa
Bending strength
58-72 MPa
Heat Resistance
48-52 °C
Impact Resistance
20-30 J/m

6. Bone Matrix, Gel Matrix and Tissue Matrix

The main areas of use:

Due to these 3 materials we can deliver your model in an even lower shor hardness and also create bone and tissue textures.

7. SLA materials

The main areas of use:

In the SLA process, we can offer you different types of photopolymer resins. Among them are: HighTemp, Durable and Clear.

All other resin types are available directly from the SLA datasheet.

8. HP-Multi Jet Fusion

The main areas of use:

In the HP-printing process we use PA12 this is sprayed by us after a successful print for you using the glass beads method.

For all other features, please read directly the data sheet.
